Some days, you just need a fiesta. Chef Francisco is originally from Chile and wanted to share with you this limited-edition donut based on the classic (and super decadent) Latin Tres Leche (three milk) cake.
To make this special donut give you all the flavours of a traditional tres leches treat, we soak it in the famous Tres Leches sweet three milk mixture, then fill it with a tres leches cream, dunk the donut in white Lubeca chocolate, and top it with delicate Italian and dried meringues. For a finishing touch, we dust it with cinnamon. ¡Que bonito!
