Salted Chocolate Chip - A traditional favourite with dark chocolate chips and a sprinkle of sea salt. The salt intensifies the chocolate-buttery flavours.
Each cookie is approximately 40gms, and is a frozen cookie dough ball.
To bake, place the cookie dough balls 4cm apart on a non-stick baking sheet. If baking from frozen bake at 150'C Fan, or 140'C convection oven for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
