A New York style cheesecake is a baked cheesecake with a rich, dense, smooth and has a creamy consistency with graham cracker cookie base. Our cheesecake is baked long and slow for 4-hours.
Our 9" New York style cheesecake can serve 10-12 people, depending on the size of the slice.

To prepare the cheesecake for serving, unwrap the frozen cheesecake, place on serving plate and rewrap it in a fresh layer of plastic wrap—the old plastic may contain ice crystals which can melt and make the cheesecake wet in appearance Thaw the cheesecake in the refrigerator to an internal temperature of about 4°C (we recommend overnight).
When you're ready to serve, remove the plastic wrap. This cheesecake comes plain, but if you have your own topping spread it evenly over the top and then serve.
