That’s why this creamy cheesecake is made in a springform pan with a cookie base and baked long and slow. You can eat it in its plain perfection or you can get a little adventurous, the NYC way: with sweetened sour cream top or with your favorite toppings.
Our 9" New York-style cheesecake can serve 10-12 people, depending on the size of your New York slice.
