Mango is one of our favourite tropical flavours. It reminds us of sandy beaches, palm trees and cocktails. Chef Dewi has created a little slice of the tropics in this baked cheesecake and it has a secret - it's vegan and gluten free.
This cheesecake is a slow baked cheesecake and has mango swirled all through it before going in the oven. Then we add more mango deliciousness by added a passionfruit mango compote on top. Every slice will take you back to your favourite beach.
Please keep in mind that all of our cheesecakes are hand-made. Each bake is unique in appearance and decoration and made with the utmost care and attention to creating a sweet masterpiece.
