Our chefs researched lemon meringue pies for many hours to come up with our fan-favorite recipe. To start, we combine lemon juice with a touch of lime juice to give our curd a zingy taste. With a little magic, and a touch of whipped cream, we swirl in a little blueberry pie filling through our lemon filling before putting it in our all butter flaky crust. Yes, it’s a whole process (but so worth it). We top it all off with toasted vanilla meringue to add yet another layer of flavor. The result is a celebration of several flavors that taste even better together than alone. This pie is simply everything.
