We frequently hear that Lemon Meringue is my favourite! It's certainly a classic.
In our version we combine lemon juice with a touch of lime juice to give our curd a zingy taste. With a little magic, and a touch of whipped cream, we swirl in a little raspberry pie filling through our lemon filling before putting it in our all butter flaky crust. Then its all topped with toasted vanilla meringue.
Please note as our company is environmentally conscious, we are now presenting this pie in a traditional glass pie dish. You are welcome to return the dish to us, and we will happily refund $10.
The 10" pie serves 8-12 people depending on the size of the slice.
Please keep in mind that all pies are hand made and will vary in appearance. We will use fresh blueberries for decoration in season, otherwise we freeze dried blueberries.
