This year we've worked hard on our recipe. We even entered the Great NZ Hot Cross Bun Competition again.
Our Hot Cross Buns recipe is all about the classic flavours, with plenty of raisins and currants and a touch of homemade citrus peel (not a lot, just a touch). One bite will make you want more and to run for the toaster and find the butter.
Since these hot cross buns are made fresh every day, made-from-scratch and hand rolled, we have limited supply. So pre-orders are a must.
