It’s classic for a reason — American sweet pie at its best (the combination of tartness and sweetness in the cherries is what makes it so irresistible to the palate).
We take sweet and sour cherries, lightly sweeten them, and bake them into Piper’s flaky all-butter pastry crust. The result is the classic cherry pie you’d find in the best North American diners. Well, it’s better even, but we’ll let you discover that for yourself.
The 10" pie serves 6-7 people depending on the size of the slice.
