This cheesecake is baked for 4-hours to make it rich, dense, and smooth. The graham cracker cookie base layer is topped by the smooth, soft layer of cream cheese that is in turn topped by the blueberry compote — giving you three very different textures that combine together perfectly in every bite. What it does not have is gluten, which is certainly a bonus.
