Just saying its name makes you want to grab a slice, doesn’t it? In our version of the American Banana Cream pie, we really got inventive and created an experience so delicious, it needed a deep dish crust. What it did not need is gluten.
We start by making a smooth banoffee cream, putting it over several freshly sliced bananas. We then add whipped cream and our own salted caramel sauce. The sweetness, the saltiness, the creaminess… yes, it’s everything you dreamed about in a pie.
Please note that in order to be environmentally conscious, we are now presenting this pie in a traditional glass pie dish. Once you've demolished the pie, you are welcome to return the dish for a $10 refund. Thank you for caring about the environment.
The 10" pie serves 8-10 people depending on the size of the slice.
