We use a third party logistics providers to get our ambient, refrigerated and frozen products around New Zealand.

Of course, where we can we will try to get orders out sooner, however the above gives you a good guideline.

RETURNS, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT GOODS
Also, a reminder, due to the nature of our business we do not accept returns. Please note, as stated in the terms of trade, if goods delivered to you are damaged, or if the quantity received does not match the invoice, we require notification within 6-hours of delivery.
