It all starts with wafers of almond sponge to give the cake a soft base with all of the cake taste. And then the magic begins with our smooth, light Callebaut dark and white chocolate mousse. The two chocolates complement each other and find perfect harmony with the almond sponge. For irresistible perfection, we cover the entire cake in a dark chocolate mirror glaze with a bit of a chocolate decoration on top (because there are no such things as too much chocolate or too elegant of a cake).
The 10" cake serves approximately 10-12 people.
