The Pie Piper & Doornuts is focused on groups and organisations who make a positive difference in our communities. We consider fundraising applications from organizations and individuals raising funds to support non-profit organizations and causes.

In-Store Dessert Night

Pick a dessert night, organize your group to come to one of our locations, and 15% of sales will go to your fundraising. Your guests can order any desserts the store serves, like dessert pie, donuts, ice cream, cookies and shakes. Menus vary between our stores.

Fundraising nights are held on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday.

Run Your Own Bake Sale Stall

Organizing a bake sale is a great way to fund raise, bring awareness to your cause and a fun thing to do.  You can do it on your own, or with a team.  The team here at The Piper & Doornuts are here to help with sweet treats which you'll get at a heavily discounted rate.

When you decide on a date, venue and time, you'll need to check with The Pie Piper & Doornuts team and discuss which sweet treats you're wanting to sell and what price you're going to sell them for.  We do have some standard pricing in place that you'll need to adhere to.

Once you have a menu sorted, you'll be ready to organize and promote your event.  There are lots of online tips on how to run a successful bake sale.  Be sure to do your research and be prepared.  The more prepared you are, the better result you will get.  And of course, The Pie Piper & Doornuts are happy to help promote your bake sale on their social media platforms in order to raise awareness of your bake sale and cause too.

Please be aware, you will need to pay for your treats a minimum of 3-days before your event, and you'll need to arrange to pick up your freshly made sweet treats from The Pie Piper & Doornuts K'Rd bakery on the day of your event.

Fundraising Gift Cards

If you want your customers to choose their own treats, and get them whenever they want, then this option is for you. You pre-sell The Pie Piper & Doornuts gift cards in set values, such as $20, $30, $40 and $50, and you keep 50% of the sale.   

The gift cards are valid for 6-months.

How can we apply?

How fast can we set it up?
Allow us 2-3 days to process your application.  From there you just need coordinate with our team about your event. Remember to give yourself enough time to plan and promote your event for best results.

How often can we hold a fundraiser?
As often as you like.  Just remember donors need to know what was done with their last donation.  Engage them through out your journey.

How much money can we raise?
That’s dependent on how well you engage your donors and participants in your event.  We’ll do everything we can to help you along your way.
