Our tiny pies are perfect for that single serve dessert treat.
This tiny pie is fashioned after our popular Key Lime Pie. Since we don't have the Key Lime citrus species in NZ (not that we've found), we take Kerikeri limes and turn them into this zesty dessert pie. If you're a citrus lover, this pie is the ultimate in zing.
This pie has sweet short crust and is topped with toasted passion fruit Italian meringue, FreshAs freeze dried strawberries.
Our tiny pies are 70mm in diameter.
Please keep in mind that all pies are hand made and will vary in appearance.
